Downward-Facing Dog: Start on hands and knees, hands under shoulders, knees under hips. Spread hands wide and into your mat. Lift tailbone up and back, draw hips toward ceiling. Straighten legs as you can and press heels to the floor. Head between arms facing knees, back flat. Hold for 5–10 breaths.
