There were many performers at the 1969 Woodstock music festival. Some of the more well known artists were Joan Baez, Arlo Guthrie, Grateful Dead, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Janis Joplin, Sly & The Family Stone, The Who, Jefferson Airplane and Jimi Hendrix.
