How do you set up drop in on echo?

Echo Dot, & other compatible devices, don’t have the Drop In option turned on by default. You’ll have to enable it manually. Use alexa App menu, select general, then device to allow drop in. Granting access to a contact, select communications, tap contacts, & Toggle the Drop In option grey to blue.
